Spray foam insulation reaches and fills all cavities and voids, preventing air from escaping but allowing residual moisture in the air to pass through.
It acts as an air barrier, is water repellent and is significantly more efficient than fibreglass with a higher R-value.
Sprayed through a gun, the foam expands into holes, cracks and gaps, roof membranes and felts, providing energy savings of up to 45%.
Using Synthesia Technology Poliuretan S-OC-008E open cell spray foam, to create a thermal air barrier, similar to Gore-tex®, will restrict air movement, minimizing the transfer of moisture and condensation.
Taking only 10 minutes to cure, it expands to 100x its volume, in addition sealing your home from noise and a wide range of pollutants in the air, such as dust, dirt, carbon monoxide and more.

UNDERFLOOR &
WALL INSULATION

Synthesia Technology Poliuretan S-OC-008E open cell spray foam is applied to the underside of the floorboards, sealing homes from draughts coming from the floor void below, preventing heat escape, but allowing ventilation.
Gaps are sealed, cold spots eliminated, reducing heating and cooling costs significantly and helping prevent condensation and the growth of mould.
By insulating your home with Lapolla Foam-Lok® FL500 open cell spray foam, your home will also be sealed from a wide range of airborne pollutants leading to improved comfort and wellbeing.
Synthesia Technology Poliuretan S-OC-008E open cell spray foam can be applied directly to masonry walls and allows buildings to breathe naturally, providing moisture management, thermal insulation and improved indoor air quality.
It can also be applied between the studs of a timber frame wall structure, adhering to any surface type, filling gaps and cracks and keeping the wall sealed for a high-performance insulation solution.
ROOF & LOFT
